CA is owned and operated by Harrison S. Smith, a native of
Redwood City. We have been serving Homeowners and Builders
of the San Francisco peninsula since the late 1980s.

Our extensive construction /design background provides us with
a unique perspective into residential construction and how best
to integrate our systems into your building and into your lives.
Harrison will personally meet with every client and is directly
involved in all calculations, designs and installations.

Our company currently holds 4 separate license classifications
(B-general building, C20-warm air heating, ventilating & air
conditioning, C43-sheet metal, C4-Boiler, hot water heating
& steam fitting).

We’re very encouraged and excited at the direction our industry
is now headed, having always been a proponent of alternative
energy & sustainable building practices. We look forward to
